Description: A smooth bitterness combined with a clean, delicate acidity. The finish is long-lasting with a rich weasel coffee aroma, subtly infused with sweet chocolate notes.

Brewing Instructions:
Prepare the brewing tools. Add 20g of coffee into the phin filter. Gently shake and lightly press the coffee with the press lid. Pour approximately 20ml of boiling water into the filter and wait about 2 minutes for the coffee to bloom. Then fill the filter with about 40ml of boiling water, followed by an additional 40ml. Wait until the coffee has fully dripped. Add ice, sugar, or milk to taste.
